Bodø is still behind on vegan food but we did find some restaurants that offer vegan dishes. We really want to try out Maloca Coffee & Food, milkshakes at Burgasm and Indian dishes at Great Ghandi.

Here you can order their vegan foccacia with avocado, cucumber and sun dried tomatos.

Esspresso house
Esspresso House is really vegan-friendly. Their goal is for the menu to be 50% vegan. They have delicious vegan pastry like chocolate chip cookies, blueberry pie, sticky caramel dream.

Maloca Coffee & Food
Maloca is Bodøs first vegan cafe! This is a coffee bar with delicious drinks and dishes for lunch. A must to visit when in Bodø.

Egon has no vegan dishes but their vegetarian quesadilla can be made vegan if you order without cheese and sour cream.

The Great Salvador is served with vegan patty, burger bread, cheese, pickled red onion, guacamole, salt and even vegan bearnaise sauce.

Great Gandhi
The Indian restaurant serves three vegan dishes from their vegetarian menu: Gandhi Sabzi, Kablichana and Punjabi Dal. For starters you can order vegetarian Pakora which is made of fresh vegetables, lentil flour and seasoning.

Olivia are an italian restaurant with a few vegan dishes: Olive Bella di Cerignola, Linguine alla puttanesca, Giardiniera.

Peppes Pizza
Peppes has one vegan pizza on their menu: ‘Oh My Garden!’. Their ‘NACHIPS’ is vegan (if you don’t order Peppes sour cream dressing) and side salad. For dessert you can order their brownie with sorbet.

Tiger Sushi Bar
Tiger Sushi has several vegan dishes on their menu! You can even order ‘Vegan Plate’. They have vegan Gunkan, Vegan Deluxe Maki, veggie spring rolls, nigiri with both avocado and mango.
